Functional analysis of CREB5 overexpression in JEG-3 cells. (a) qRT-PCR and western blot was used to detect the expression level of CREB5 mRNA and protein CREB5after transfection. (b) Transwell assay showed that CREB5 overexpression delayed cell migration. Scale bars; 500 μm. (c and d) The result of cell apoptosis indicated that CREB5 overexpression increased significantly the percentage of apoptotic cells.
