Temporal evaluation of wound healing in diabetic 5LO^−/− or WT mice. WT or 5LO^−/− mice, healthy or diabetic (T1D), were submitted to a full thickness skin lesion model, and lesions were photographed on alternate days at a 20 cm distance from animal back. The assay was performed using 4 to 8 mice per group, in 2 independent experiments.
