Western blot analysis with antiserum against HdrA (37.6 kDa) performed with crude extracts of H. denitrificans wild type grown on methylamine plus thiosulfate (MA + S₂O₃²⁻, 14.4 μg protein), methylamine (MA, 17.8 μg protein), and dimethylsulfide (DMS, 22.5 μg protein).
