CD4+ T cells were purified from hPBMC before they were treated by the same doses of FSD13, IL-2 or PBS (control). FACS analysis was performed on day 5 after administration of IL-2. a, b Compared with IL-2, FSD13 decreased the frequency of Tregs in purified CD4+ T cells. c, d FSD13 increased IFN-γ secretion in purified CD4+ T cells. All experiments were performed three times. Experiments were conducted in five biological replicates (n = 5) for each group.
