Results of a PGLS model with square-root transformed reflectance values as response variable. The full model was significantly better than the null model (X² = 30.618, df = 9, p < 0.001). The interaction between syndrome and site was not significant (Χ² = 2.149, df = 4, P = 0.708) and was thus removed from the model in order to establish P-values for the main effects.
