The “0” mark represents the group with 0.05 mM EDTA and 0.35 mM Tris, but without peptides, while the “N” mark represents the group without the agent and peptides as the negative group. The rest of the group was mixed with 0.05 mM EDTA and 0.35 mM Tris, as well as peptides at the different concentrations.
