The effects of compounds 1–3 on RA-FLS cell viability. Cell viability was measured with 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay after treatment with compounds 1–3 (0, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 5, and 10 μM) for 24 or 48 h.
