Evaluation of tactile sensitivity using Von Frey test. Groups: PROF250, prophylactically administered SrRan 250 mg/kg 4 weeks before OA induction; SR250 and SR500, OA-induced and treated with SrRan 250 and 500 mg/kg, respectively for 4 weeks after induction; SAL, OA-induced and receiving only saline; CONTROL, untreated and not OA-induced. Results are means ± SD; ^∗p < 0.05 from D14 onward, comparing SR500 and SAL groups using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by the Bonferroni test.
