Expression of an 18-kDa protein, UL24.5, in HSV-1-infected cells. Lysates from Vero cells infected with one or the other of two independent isolates of vBAC_UL24HA were harvested 10 h postinfection (hpi). Lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and analyzed by immunoblotting using an anti-HA MAb.
