(A) Interaction between endogenous SOX9 and Y14 was tested in vivo using PLA, in which a fluorescent signal is obtained only if the two proteins are in close proximity (<40 nm). PLA using only one of each primary antibody shows the unspecific background signal. Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst.
