The effect of AGK2 on serologic indicators. The mice were randomly assigned to two groups of 5 individuals per group and subjected to intraperitoneal injections of AGK2 diluted in 60% PEG400 + 40% saline or 60% PEG400 + 40% saline alone. (A-B) Serum samples at seven days were collected to detect ALT and AST by microplate modified Reit's method. (C) At zero, four, seven days after injection, the serum samples were collected, and serum HBV DNA was measured by absolute quantification PCR. (D-E) The expression levels of serum HBsAg and HBeAg were detected by ELISA.
