aConditions: FAM-labeled duplex DNA (24 bp; 100 nM) was incubated with increasing concentrations of TFO (18 mer; 0–1000 nM) in the buffer containing 20 mM Tris–HCl and 20 mM MgCl2 at pH 7.5 and 37°C. Electrophoresis was performed with 10% non-denatured polyacrylamide gel at 4°C. Ks (106 M−1) = [Triplex]/([TFO][Duplex]).
