The Fabp gene cluster-located TAD in 3T3-L1 was split into three TADs in 3T3-L1-D, forming a separate TAD with strong intradomain interactions in the Fabp gene cluster. The black box between the black dashed lines in 3T3-L1-D indicates highly promoter-associated interactions of Fabp4. Newly formed TAD of the Fabp gene cluster was activated with significantly upregulated gene expression.
