Development of liver fibrosis was suppressed after treatement of Polydatin in mice fed by MCD diet. Mice were fed with MCD diet or control diet for 4 weeks. Mice fed with MCD diet were intraperitoneal injected with 5 mg/kg polydatin daily in the period of experiment.
