Effect of D-512 on the combination treatment of 1.56 μMBSO for 6 h followed by 50 μM 6-OHDA for 24 h in restoring cell viability of PC12 cells. PC12 cells were co-treated with different concentrations of D-512 along with 1.56 μM BSO for 6 h followed by treatment with 50 μM 6-OHDA alone for 24 h (a) or co-treatment with D-512 and 50 μM 6-OHDA for 24 h (b).
