Effects of wogonin on caspases 3, 8, and 9 activities in SW-480 cells. After treatment with 20–60 µM of wogonin for 24 h, cell lysates were prepared and enzymatic activities were measured by a colorimetric assay for (A) Caspase 3, (B) Caspase 8, and (C) Caspase 9.
