Of the five cases with acute flaccid paralysis, three also had encephalitis and one had meningitis.

Symptoms for one case included headache, myalgia, neck stiffness, arthralgia, fatigue, and altered mental status and for another case included headache, nausea, myalgia, arthralgia, paresis, fatigue, altered mental status, and chills.
