Notes: (A) Stable cells were screened by G418 for 2 weeks. The protein expression of TRIM21 in stable cells with TRIM21 silencing in MCF7 or overexpression in MDA- MB-231 and SKBR3 was examined by Western blot. (B) The cell viability of stable cells was determined by MTT assay. *P<0.05. (C) Stable cells were cultured in six-well plates for 10 days. Cell proliferation was tested by colony formation assay.
