Fig. 3. — Mean viral antibody titers for canine parvovirus (CPV) in Korean military working dogs were analyzed according to age. Analysis by one-way ANOVA to test for linear trends in mean CPV antibody levels over time revealed a significant decrease across 1 to 9-year-old dogs (P=0.015). The antibody titers [Y (titer)=54 (e^4X), X=S/P (sample OD/ positive control OD) ratio] to CPV were calculated. Antibody titers are presented as mean values ± standard errors.
