Correlation between the change in Coulomb interaction energy $Δ$ E $_{C o u l}$ and change in the number of H-bonds ( $Δ$ N $_{H B}$ ) in blends of 40 wt % FLA with PVP, EEC, PSA, and PAA (from higher to lower values of $Δ$ N $_{H B}$ ). Numbers are the differences between the quantities in the mixtures and of the equivalent numbers of molecules in the pure phases.
