Expression and triad targeting of CaV1.2 constructs. Dysgenic myotubes (CaV1.1-/-) were reconstituted with GFP-CaV1.2, GFP-CaV1.2-D4N, GFP-CaV1.2-ΔE33, or GFP-CaV1.2-ΔE33-D4N and double immunofluorescence labeled with anti-GFP and anti-RyR.
