Numbers indicate the size of PCR products amplified from the gene. In cases in which only one product size was obtained it was assumed that the strain had two alleles with identical TR region lengths. For HYR 3 allele types include both TRregion A (first pair of numbers) and TR region B (second pair of numbers).
