(A to C) Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Bovine mammary epithelial cells (BMEC) were treated with increasing concentrations of H₂O₂ (0 to 1,000 µM) for 6 h. ROS production, SOD activity, and GSH-Px activity were measured using commercial kits according to manufacturer’s protocols. Means with different superscript letters differ (P < 0.05). There were 5 replications for each experiment and each well.
