¹BMEC were treated with increasing concentrations of H₂O₂ (0 to 1,000 µM) for 0 to 24 h. Cell proliferation rate was measured with 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxy-methoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium (MTS). There were 5 replications for each experiment and each well.
