Effect of PYCP supplementation on changes in calf thickness and muscle weight in DEX-stimulated C57BL/6 mice. (A) The calf thickness of the left hind limb was measured after exposing the muscle at sacrifice, as described in the materials and methods. (B–D) The gastrocnemius, soleus, and tibialis anterior muscles were carefully separated from the tibia and fibula bones and weighed (absolute wet weight).
