BPF increases phERK 1/2 protein levels and regulates RUNX2, RANKL and COL1A mRNA expression levels on Saos-2 cells. (A) Semi-confluent cultures of human osteoblast-like cells (Saos-2) incubated with BPF 0.001-0.01-0.1 mg/mL for 10 min. Cell proteins were analyzed by Western blotting with antibodies specific to phosphorylated ERK1/2 and β-actin. Semi-confluent cultures of human osteoblast-like cells (Saos-2) were incubated with BPF 0.001-0.01-0.1 mg/mL for 24 h.
