Protein electrophoresis on three different poultry raw materials, including the extensively hydrolysed feather protein of Anallergenic^TM diets. The same quantity of protein was loaded into each well of a 12% bis-tricine gel and separated proteins were stained with serva purple. NHCM is non-hydrolysed chicken meal; Anallergenic™ EHPF is extensively hydrolysed poultry feather used in Royal Canin Anallergenic™ diets; MHPF is mildly hydrolysed poultry feather.
