Effect of PM10 on the protein expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and collagen metabolism in HDFs. ELISA results obtained from PM exposed fibroblasts and their control fibroblasts are expressed in relative ratios (fold change). The significant of the values were identified using the one-sample t-test. p-values < 0.05 were considered statistically significant. Statistical analysis of data was performed using SPSS for Windows software (version 15.0; SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA).
