Wnt10b and Wnt 16 protein expression in calcitriol-treated osteoclasts. With calcitriol treatment of 10 to 100 nM overnight, Western blot analysis showed a significant increase in Wnt 10b expression. Wnt 16 expression in osteoclasts after different doses of calcitriol was not significantly different at the protein level. Actin protein served as a loading control. Data are means ± SD.
