The linear quadratic equation (SF = exp [−α × D − β × D2]) with fitted α and β values of the individual survival curves was transformed to calculate radiation-induced cytotoxicity enhancement factors at 50% and 10% cell survival versus DMSO controls. D, radiation dose [Gy]; DMSO, control cells treated with equivalent amounts of DMSO; SF, surviving fraction; Vism., vismodegib-treated cells using indicated concentrations.
