Stability of methionyl-methionine (Met-Met) in biological fluids and in vivo spectral fluorescence imaging of nu/nu mice. Met-Met disappearance (%) was measured after Met-Met was incubated in gastric fluid (SGF), intestinal fluid (SIF), or serum for 5–360 min in vitro (A).
