The times taken to reach the CI_max (TCI_max) in FRhK-4 cells infected with HAV are indicated for each infection protocol. HAV-dependent decrease in CI values occurred from the CI_max. The times to CI₂₅, CI₅₀, and CI₇₅ were determined as the time point at which the CI values for each cell index curve had decreased respectively by 25, 50 and 75% of the CI_max. Data are presented as mean Time (hours p.i.) ± s.e.m. obtained from four experiments performed in duplicate (n = 8).
