Raw 264.7 macrophages were incubated with 10 μg/mL GALT and 200 ng/mL LPS (positive control) for 12 h, as well as single culture media (negative control). Protein levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the culture supernatants were determined by ELISA.
