Budlein A reduces MSU-induced NF-κB activation. Fifteen hours after the injection of MSU crystals, knee joint was dissected for the determination of NF-κB activation in vivo by ELISA (A). In vitro, BMDMs were pre-treated with budlein A at 10 μg/mL 30 min before stimulus with LPS for the determination of NF-κB activation by ELISA (B).
