Notes: TPC-1 cells transfected with lentiviral vectors containing miR-218 or miR-control were injected into nude mice. The mice (A) body weights and (B) tumor volumes were monitored every 5 days. (C) The mice were killed after 35 days, and the tumor weights were measured. The expression of Runx2 at mRNA and protein levels in removed tumors was assessed by (D) qRT-PCR and (E) Western blot. (F) The protein levels of phosphorylated AKT (p-AKT) (Ser473), PTEN, and total AKT (t-AKT) in excised tumors were determined by Western blot.
