At 48 h after transfection with miR-30-5p mimics or miR-142a-5p inhibitors (50 nM each), NRVMs were treated with 500 μM H₂O₂ for 18 h. (A) p-AKT, AKT, cleaved Caspase-3, Caspase-3, and Bcl-2 were analyzed by western blotting. GAPDH were used as a loading control. (B–D) The expression levels of p-AKT, cleaved Caspase-3, and Bcl-2 were measured. p-AKT and cleaved Caspase-3 were normalized by their total form, AKT and Caspase-3, respectively.
