Observation of the biofilm formation. The biofilm formation of the wild-type strain Yb2, mutant strain Yb2ΔbioF and complemented strain cYb2ΔbioF was determined using an Live/dead BacLight Bacterial Viability staining and observed under fluorescence microscope at a 200× magnification, which revealed that the mutant strain Yb2ΔbioF had a stronger ability to form biofilm than the wild-type strain Yb2.
