Fingolimod treatment mitigates depression-like behavior in lupus prone MRL/lpr mice. (A) Despair-induced immobility in treated and control mice during the last 3 minutes of the forced swim test was measured by time spent immobile and reported as a percent of total time. (B–D) General locomotor activity was assessed in both groups in the behavioral spectrometer and recorded by Viewer software.
