Maturation markers are upregulated on dendritic cells upon co-culture with EMA treated 5T33vt cells.
Murine 5T33vt myeloma cells were treated with indicated doses for 7 days with EMAs and 2 days with chemotherapy (Supplementary Figure S1I, K). Next, treated 5T33vt cells from 1 well or supernatant of treated cells was used for co-culture with primary murine DCs. One day later, DCs were analyzed for the presence of maturation markers within CD11c (+), F/40 (-), CD19 (-), CD3 (-) 7AAD (-) events.
