A, Western blot analysis of SFK members in the indicated cell lines. B, Western blot analysis of Lats-YAP signaling in parental and YES-KO HeLa cells. C, Total cell lysates from parental and YES-KO HeLa cells were subjected to Western blotting analysis with various cell cycle regulators. D, Total cell lysates from the indicated HeLa cells were subjected to Western blotting analysis. E, YES deletion resulted in no significant DNA damage.
