(A–C) Foxp3YFP− CD25 CD62Lhi CD44lo CD4+ T cells isolated from CD45 congenic Foxp3YFP-cre Sox12−/− mice and littermate Foxp3YFP-cre Sox12+/− mice were mixed in a 1:1 ratio and injected intraperitoneally to RAG2−/− mice. 4–5 wk after the transfer, spleen and mLNs were analyzed.
