Reaction velocities with co-addition of inhibitor are expressed as a percentage ratio versus the control velocity with no inhibitor present. IC50 values were determined by nonlinear regression based on the aggregate data points. Left: Without preincubation -- substrate and inhibitor simultaneously mixed with metabolic enzyme.
