CCK-8 assay showed that SH treatment improved the cell viability of H9C2 post CoCl2-induced hypoxia. (A) H9C2 were treated with various concentrations of CoCl2 (0, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400 μM, n = 6 in each concentration of CoCl2) alone for 24 h, the concentration of 1000 μM CoCl2 resulted in half cell death. Compared with 0 μM CoCl2 treatment, p < 0.05. (B) H9C2 were treated with various concentrations of SH (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80 μg/ml, n = 6 in each concentration of SH) alone for 24 h. Compared with 0 μg/mL SH treatment, p < 0.05. (C) The H9C2 induced hypoxia by CoCl2 were treated with SH (0, 10, 20, 30, and 40 μg/mL, n = 6 in each concentration of SH) for 24 h, respectively. Compared with 0 μg/mL SH treatment, p < 0.05. #Compared with 30 μg/ml SH treatment, p > 0.05.
