Depleting myeloid Acat1 influences inflammatory gene profiles of white adipose tissue (WAT) and brown adipose tissue (BAT) isolated from mice fed a Western diet. mRNA expression levels of various M1-like genes associated with inflammation were analyzed in gonadal WAT and BAT by RT-PCR.
