(A) The expression of miR-409 in NSCLC tissues and matched adjacent tissues (n = 85) was compared using the Mann-Whitney U test. U6 small nuclear RNA was used as the internal control. (B) Kaplan-Meier survival curves and log rank tests were used to compare OS of NSCLC patients with high and low expression levels of miR-409. (C) Kaplan-Meier survival curves and log rank tests were used to compare the DFS of NSCLC patients with high and low expression levels of miR-409.
