Differentiation ability of hFCPCs into three mesengenic cell lineages. hFCPCs from donor 2 were cultured in α-MEM with 10% FBS and in SFM-XF and subjected to A chondrogenic, B osteogenic, and C adipogenic differentiation in vitro at passages 2, 10, and 20. After 3 weeks, samples were stained with safranin-O for chondrogenesis, alizarin S for osteogenesis, and oil-red O for adipogenesis.
