The threshold was designed with the following parameters: p-value of 1E-4, fold-change of 2, and gene ranking of 10%. (b) Schematic view of OCT4 and its pseudogene transcription. POU5F1 and its three pseudogenes (POU5F1P1, POU5F1P3, and POU5F1P4) showed high homology in their mRNA sequences, but each gene was in a different chromosome.
