Fig. 2 — Cyclic β-tripeptide polymer synthesis scheme. Cyclic peptides were polymerized using the coupling agent (7-azabenzotriazol-1-yloxy)tripyrrolidinophosphonium hexafluorophosphate (PyAOP) and final deprotection was performed with a mixture comprising trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and trifluoromethane sulfonic acid (TFMSA).
