Phylogenetic relationships of the OR family. The tree was rooted with the Orco proteins, based on the conserved sequence and basal position of this protein within the OR family in analyses of the entire insect chemoreceptor superfamily (Robertson et al., 2003). B. germanica proteins are in blue and Z. nevadensis in orange, as are the branches leading to them. The suffix P after a name indicates that it is pseudogenic.
