Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rsfMRI) and default mode network. DMN is thought to consist of the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC), posterior cingulate cortex (PCC), hippocampus (Hippo), superior temporal gyrus, inferior parietal lobule (IPL), and precuneus (Pcu).
